EffexorXR has changed my life. I was suffering from panic attacks which lead to anxiety attacks which lead to be totally out of balance. I have tried them all, prozac, wellbutrin, klonopin, just to name a few. I started on 37.5 and went to 75 about 1 month after. I am much happier, I smile, My moods are even, I laugh. I work in a high stress job and the anxiety is all but gone. The side effects are at times a pain, especially the sweating. I have found that I sleep better if I take it a night as it does at times make me drowsy during the day. But, those things are I small price to pay for stablity.
