I have been taking all three medications for awhile, and am very happy with the results. I take 300mg of Wellbrutin twice (2) a day (150mg in the morning and another 150mg in the afternoon), 150mg of zoloft (in the morning with the Wellbutrin), and 100mg of Trazadone at night. I couldn't be happier with the results. My depression has lifted, and I am able to accept life and feel as if I can do things with feeling despare, hopeless, and suicidial. It feels good to actually look forward to living. I am doing things, exploring new venues, and, in general, feel good. I know that this is a very heavy dosage, but I have been depressed most of my life, as I am discovering in therapy, and had no one to turn to for help. I hope this helps. Of course, it is very important that this be done under a psychiatrist's supervision.
