----------Safe enough!! They are quite different, and if one is not adequate, rather than switching, try augmenting. It's usually reversed - but there are studies and obviously numerious clinical siruation where the combination of Bruproprion and an SSRI has rendered positive results. It's worth a try, if you really feel that you need "more". As far asa seizures, opt for the Wellbutrin SR tablets - if you are not already taking them. If you take any benzodiazapines, you could also try going on a long acting one - like clonazepam, which significantly lowers the risk of sesures. Discuss everything with your Doc. Why Zoloft, and not another SSRI? It's basically a coin throw unless you have already had sucess with zoloft - but I think SSRI's are the most effective - but then again, everyones brain is going to respond differently to each one. How about Luvox? That needs more recognotion...
