I have been on remeron for about 3 weeks now, 2 weeks at 30mg. I am slowly starting to sleep better but have extreme fatigue (maybe more like sedation) during the day. I am hoping this will get better as I adjust to the med. I intend to talk to my doc about upping my dose to 45 to see if that helps...but I don't want to lose the sedative effects at night since insomnia is my main complaint.
I WILL say that I feel much more irritable than I have ever felt in my life. I wouldn't exactly say it is agitation, but I feel like I could just explode at the smallest thing. I have really had to struggle to contain those feeling. Maybe as the anti-depressant effects get into place this will improve?
