I have been on Klonopin for almost a year and would
not do without it. It has never lost its effectiveness
unless I take Wellbutrin, which I just started taking
again. I only increased my Klonopin use to 1 - 1/2mg
per night up from 1mg per night, so really it
has not lost effectivesness ultimately. I take
something (Wellbutrin) that challenges its effectiveness is what
I am really trying to say. I saw my doctor
yesterday (psychiatrist) and I asked him if there
is anything to worry about like my liver and longterm
use of Klon. and he simply said no. For now I continue.
However, he has now started me on 12.5 of Zoloft (he
starts things super slow with me as I am hyper sensitive
to everything except Klonopin interestingly enough)
because he thinks I am too anxious and it is
preventing me from making alot of tough decisions
in my life right now and the anxiousness needs to
settle down ( I only take 150mg of Wellbutrin a day).I was curious why yousaid you take Klonopin to help
you with Zoloft. What kind of affects are you having?
I immed. just in one day felt nauseas, upset stomach
and tired all day. Just from 12.5mg so now I don't
think I should take it at all.Apologize for the long diatribe , but your post
was rather ironic given my recent situation. I hope
my experiences shed a little light for you.
