First off, I know exactly what you are experiencing.
I would give SSRIs and Tricylcics a better chance of helping you than an atypical antipsychotic. Actually, have you looked at Anafranil or Luvox? I think those have the most chance of helping you, considering they are approved specifically for obsessions.
Your condition WILL go away with antidepressant usage. I guarantee it (I used to wonder about who my girlfriends fucked too...now on Depakote/pindolol I could care less.)
