dr. bob - please answer my question

I have uncontrollable ruminating thoughts and obsessions. Mostly about my husband and his ex-girlfriends. Do you think Geodon will help? I am on risperidal and seem to keep obsessing. Is Geodon the new zyprexia? I need help! I am miserable.
