Yes despite the literature on it, Paxil constipates almost in a worse way than the old antidepressants. And it is most likely to cause weight gain than Prozac & Zoloft. Zoloft and Prozac are less likely to cause these problems although some would argue it's all a crapshoot (no pun intended). Personally while I have had my own share of issues with Zoloft, I think it is overall the best SSRI to use for most people.
