Hi PG.

I don't know for sure whether Zyprexa can reverse drug-induced sexual dysfunction, but it shares with Serzone a specific serotinergic property that is well known to do so. Zyprexa has been used successfully to augment antidepressants, particularly Prozac. It does work. In fact, some people actually experience an antidepressant effect from taking Zyprexa alone. Lower dosages are usually used for depression as compared to those normally used to treat psychotic manic or schizoid episodes.
