Lynne, if you take these meds for sleep only occasionally, I don't think they'd affect the irritability much. However, if you were to take Seroquel every night for sleep, it might help with the irritability. But talk to your doc before trying things out -- he or she would know the best med for you to try.
Scott, yes I do think Neurontin could be helpful for irritability, tho the classic anticonvulsants and the beta blockers have a proven track record so they might be the ones to try first.
