Karin - the only thing I would add to what others have said is that it may take you awhile to find a dosage level that provides the best in therapeutic benefits. I quit and then started up again and raised myself incrementally on an as needed basis. It was probably a few months before I really felt it was the right drug. It's no miracle drug for me and i probably need to find something now to augment it, but it's worked better than anything else, and I've tolerated it well. Good luck ksvt
