Effexor makes me tired... any help?

I was taking 225 mg/day, but it made me sooooo tired i could barely keep my eyes open.
Now i'm at 150 mg/day with 300 mg of Lithium.
The first day I started the Lithium I felt a little more energetic, but I think that may have been a placebo effect, because now I'm tired again.

I take 75 mg of effexor in the morning and another 75 mg with the lithium at night.
Has anybody had any luck with dosing to alliviate the fatigue?
