I just added 50 mg/day of Wellbutrin this Wednesday for counteracting decreased sexual sensation with 20 mg/Paxil. After two days, all the side effects of Paxil seem to be heightened. Orgasm is no longer even possible. I have quit Wellbutrin after two days. I may even quit Paxil for a day or two as well. Does anyone know how long it takes for Wellbutrin to clear one's system? All of the accompanying literature with Wellburtin seems to indicate that a heightened Paxil effect is rather rare.
