Paxil / Wellbutrin Combo for Sexual Side Effects?

I am currently on Paxil (20 mg./day). The only side effect that I experience is anorgasmia (well, at least a great deal of difficulty w/ orgasm). My pdoc has suggested adding Wellbutrin as a way to counteract this side effect.

I would love some input regarding this combination. Has anyone used this combination for this issue? Is it effective? How/Why does it work? I have had a marvelous response to Paxil-- can adding Wellbutrin alter this response?
