dont know why, but nobody here seems to post a "basic bio" so's we can get to know each other better. this seems like a good idea to me-what better way to get a fuller picture of the person in addition to his/her challenges which is pretty much all we see here?
as for me, i'm a recently-reformed bike-nut, mechanical engineer, musician and of course ten thousand other things. i lost the ability to tolerate the agony of a regular bike and got a recumbent. after much redesigning and gnashing of teeth, i had a rideable machine. two nights ago, i crossed the 1,000 mile barrier. i wanted to share this joy with the group because i'm sure we could all use a little more of that in our lives. if you're looking for great exercise and more goddamn fun than you'll ever be able to describe to another person, get a recumbent. if you want some pointers, feel free to email directly. the benefits i've enjoyed are without end.
the serzone experience has taken quite the interesting turn. many people seem to become more able to "speak thier mind" when on serzone, and i'm no exception. it hasn't gotten innapropriate yet, but i fear this may happen so i'm cutting the dosage down avec herr dokktorr's approval. have any of you experienced this? at 500 mg/night i slept better but my mind refused to turn off. my doc has suggested seroquel-to quiet yon brainule- which i'm not too hot on due to the weight gain problem. any info on this greatly appreciated. it's also classified as a major tranquilizer the mere mention of which makes my skin crawl. dont like way-heavy drugs.
