Seedling, your husband needs to talk to his pdoc since everybody's different...I am now taking Effexor-XR and it's helping with both depression and OCD. Have tried Prozac, Luvox, Zoloft, and imipramine as well as Serzone; all but Serzone and imipramine interfered terribly with sexual arousal and orgasm. Have your husband ask his pdoc since there are many very good medications, if Serzone isn't working for him. I don't think they can tell who will respond to what, except by trying it out.
