While Lithium is known for causing tremors, Celexa can definitely cause both tremors and spasms, although they tend to become minimal after the first week or two. I don't know whether they last with Lithium. If you recently started the combo, you may have an additive effect going. Was the Lithium added to potentiate the Celexa, or are you taking it for bipolar or some other disorder?
