Rash and tenderness from Celexa?

I started taking Celexa almost 2 weeks ago. I switched over from Zoloft because it killed my sex drive and I didn't think it was helping. The first 3 days on Celexa I felt nauseaus and had slight headaches. Then 2 days ago I developed a rash all over my body that looks similar to hives/chicken pox. I'm going to the doctor today and I'm hoping the two aren't related. My eye sockets and ears are so tender that raising my eyebrows or holding the phone against my ears just kills. It feels like someone punched me in both those places and now I'm bruised. I don't know if that's related to Celexa as well, or not.

Let me know if anyone has insight.
