I remember you. Congrats on detox. It is not the uncommon after detox to have mood or sometimes thought disterbance for a while. When mood is controled by powerful drugs and high doses it may
run wild for a while. Some start to feel loss from reality. There is a very effective treatment, an anti-psychotic. Many AP's are also AD's so you may be able to drop some other meds. The good news is you will get over this. Short term AP's are very safe. It is best to not let this thought pattern go unchecked, it will get worse. Report this to your doc, he/she will know what to do. I would suspect that your recient operation and the fact that you are still healing has a lot to do with this. Let us know how things are doing.
