Noa's right, Vesper. I urge you to do whatever is necessary to remain in the Calif. med system--at least until you are admitted. Once in, they can't kick you out just for nonpayment; but they can prevent your admission if you don't qualify. Maybe your dad could loan you enough?

Non-sucidal bulemia is not an immediate medical emergency like you're facing. What is the worst that you can imagine if you DID leave her on your boat? And what is likely to happen if you continue to delay treatment for yourself?--neither of you would be better off.
Could you pdoc help with this latest complication?
