Ok, I've been away awhile and come back to visit and lo and behold the old-timers' board is a reality. How'd it finally come to be?
Anyway, things are pretty good, you know with some ups and downs sometimes, but I've been extremely busy with work and because I have now (perhaps a bit later in life than many of my contemporaries, but who cares, right?)graduated from tenant to property owner!
I've popped in to regular babble to add to a couple of specific threads, but haven't had the time to "read up" on what I've missed.
Just wanted to say "hi". I'll pop in every so often.
