I'm running away from things, anxious, scared, seeing violence, seeing everyone I've ever known, and when I wake up in the AM I have to remind myself it was a dream (extremely realistic).> This may seem like a minor side effect to many in comparrison to major depression) but to someone with anxiety like myself, its become an issue. Anyone else with similiar dreams? Advice?
The same thing happened to me, years ago. I had
gone off Prozac, and had to go back on. When they
put me back on, not only were my dreams vivid,
they were also violent. (I've since dealt with
some anger in therapy ;) )The solution: my dose was too high.
Cut back to 10mg/day. It worked for me and the
dreams went away.I've always been a vivid dreamer, and am now back
to "normal".
