Paxil and strange dreams

I've experienced very similar dreams since I've started taking Paxil. Extremely vivid and having the same scenarios of being chased (but never caught?) Before SSRIs i in fact never used to remember my dreams, and find them now absolutely fascinating! I find what helps sometimes when I wake up scared is to write everything down on a book I keep by my bedside. This helps put it all in perspective by reading it over once in a while.
Sweet dreams,
Kit

I'm running away from things, anxious, scared, seeing violence, seeing everyone I've ever known, and when I wake up in the AM I have to remind myself it was a dream (extremely realistic).

> This may seem like a minor side effect to many in comparrison to major depression) but to someone with anxiety like myself, its become an issue. Anyone else with similiar dreams? Advice?
