I would go the full time, yes. (Washout from Parnate to something else is about a week; may fudge that a little if "something else" is a tricyclic other than clomipramine.)

Good luck with it. Most people seem to find Parnate quite tolerable. (Oh yeah, and try to avoid taking it after 3pm.)
