Parnate-how far back should pham. go in search

Posted by steve on October 13, 1999, at 13:17:15

I need information on how far back a pharmacy should search its records for contraindications when filling a Rx for Parnate. Is there any norm or standard, if so, what is the authority for that search period? Is there any nationally recognized authority on this subject,i.e., how far back should a pharmacy search its records for a particular patient?
