There is no medical evidence to suggest that ADD patients
are becomming addicted to their stimulants.

Your dose is very low. You don't say how long you've been
using it but it's not uncommon to need a dose increase
after the first couple a months.

This is pure hype and is not helpful to anyone.
Talk to your doctor. You're problem is typical with ADD
and I'm sure a solution can be found.
