Remember that WellbutrinSR is the "same" medication as Wellbutrin tablets, the only difference being the base of delivery included with the med. I've taken WellbutrinSR for a couple of years now and it's just a smooother delivery of the med over the course of 5 to 7 hours. This helps with concerns over seizure potential and with overall side effect profile.

However, if you've not reacted well to Wellbutrin tablets and you've given them an adequate try at a good theaputic dose, the SR version's not likely to help. Ask you MD.
