Went to bed feeling down (which is why I decided to take another shot at Celexa after laying an initial run aside a couple of weeks after questioning the side effects). Strangely I awoke with a smile on -- good dream I guess -- though it quickly went away as fatigue set back in but sleep isn't coming only yawns and weariness...
> My para-sympathetic system seens to be screwed with or without ADs. Often, hot when others are cool. Chilled when others are warm. Tired despire 6-8 hours sleep. Hard to figure which situation is worse....Both suck.

I started on celexa 20mg for a week -5 weeks ago and then to celexa 40mg for the last 4 weeks. Side affects are perspriring when I do practically anything, hard to sleep, feel lethargic most of time. I do have a spurt of energy now and then for maybe a half a day.
My depression is better but I'm rarely comfortable with my thoughts. When I can't sleep, I have crummy thoughts -they just don't get me down as much.
I have been messing with ads for 15 yrs and this is almost too tough. I see my dr tomorrow -maybe I should try 20mg celexa a day instead of 40.
Any encouraging words out there or any other kind for that matter?
