I take only 25mg a night now, and when I plan on having sex, I up it to 50 or 75mg. This helps with total "control" if you catch my drift. It's not a male ego thing..or errr maybe it is. But to answer your question from someone who KNOWS...YES Anafranil can help with your sex life, especially if you have a pre-ejaculation problem... (excuse my being so blunt)

So I gather from responses that Anafranil can lengthen the sexual encounter, like SSRIs. I know that feeling real well. It's great for showing an energetic woman who's boss around here. (Joking!) :) But what I'm wondering from those of you guys using Anafranil, how does it affect your drive, desire, libido? SSRIs made me lose all interest in sex. I dreaded the invitation to have it. What effect does Anafranil have on your desire, drive and arousal? Thanks. John.
