i have a test tommorow, i just tend to put studying off till later, it's like anything that makes me feel negative i tend to put it off.....and then have to rush and tear scare dare myself to finish it at the last minute

i've had this habit for a long time.......i need to do some cognitive behavioral therapy........and reprogram my mind to feel postive about negative things i don't like doing

Maybe if you don't like studying this subject, you should take a course in a subject you do like studying.

i made a 90 on the test, but this is how it works, ill either get over obsessed on studying and getting things done, or do a slacker off job at it, i think even with studies that are interesting, to force yourself and create enjoyment while doing it instead of having that nag and pressure to od something that's grueling.......that usually what i procrastinate, things that give me unpleasant feelings, it's more of work to do than an enjoyment but still can change behavior through CB therapy......
