I am touched that all the way from UAE you have selected me to be the recipient of your fortune/funds/money. I have always admired Dubai (ever since I saw Palm Island on the internet) as I do the oil industry (which has made our modern world possible). There are those, like the believers in 'climate change' who would undo all the good work you and others have done for this world. Modern medicine is a great gift. Are you sure there is no hope? (Have you tried Natural Prostate Formula by Life Extension? Maybe they have something for your esophagus?) I also am suffering from a painful and incurable disease (as it happens) but there is little hope that I will die in a few days. But please send me the money in case I linger.

Sorry to inform you Sig that Karim passed away peacefully the other day. His fortune all went to his brother Talib. But talk about bad genes, now Talib has prostate problems and would like to distribute his brother's fortune before he meets his maker. Please send your bank info to the addresses given by his departed brother. These boys sure are generous.

I am (of course) profoundly bored. I have co-morbid OCD and ADHD (who could resist?) and anticipatory anhedonia (why not?) unhelped by the wonders of modern medicine (since ADHD is uncommon in the British Commonwealth, and the treatment for OCD sux).
All that is by the by (or is it bye the bye?...let's not talk about goodbyes)

This thread doesn't keep going the way I think it might..
I had a friend who used to actually make mistakes
like saying "Defile" insteady of Defy
constantly, and it was so hard not to laugh
because they were funny, but she was the kind of person who would rip your face off if you tried to "suggest" that maybe she was using the wrong word.I think the neologisim is spoonerisms from a book with a character named Mrs Spooner who used to complain about her "Very close veins"
Direct quotes"I couldn't believe it, he was so sick he had liasons all over his arms"
My personal favourite because its inventive.
"I took my expensive sweater out of the dryer and I was so angry because they entire thing was pillaged after one wash, I tried using a razor
to get them off but all it did was scrape the fabric"In case that needs explaining
the fabric got little white "pills" on it which happens sometimes.
