I am touched that all the way from UAE you have selected me to be the recipient of your fortune/funds/money. I have always admired Dubai (ever since I saw Palm Island on the internet) as I do the oil industry (which has made our modern world possible). There are those, like the believers in 'climate change' who would undo all the good work you and others have done for this world. Modern medicine is a great gift. Are you sure there is no hope? (Have you tried Natural Prostate Formula by Life Extension? Maybe they have something for your esophagus?) I also am suffering from a painful and incurable disease (as it happens) but there is little hope that I will die in a few days. But please send me the money in case I linger.
