come on now! i'm a chain-smoking, stuttering hermit and i can come up with one! i sat with tech support for half an hour to figure out that i accidently unplugged my modem. my child is begging me to go outside, but i can't leave my house. i have 7 half fingernails. i breath second-hand smoke. my thoughts are cloudy, at best.
BUT, i have a decent wrack (hell, i have great boobs!!! at least the appearance of them!!!). i gave birth to a monkey! i make the best cup of coffee in the world!!! i'm still able to do laundry, even if i'm unable to tellif i can spell if correctly. i can still laugh at larry david being called a bald *ssh*l*. and puprle eyeshadow looks great on me!
anyone else happy about something here? i know you are?

I have to say I love your posts. You always make me laugh. Unfortunately, I have fibromyalgia which is also refererred to as the "stupid sickness" and it leaves me in a "fibro fog" most of the time. So, this has left me dumb and dazed. The best "10" list I can come up with is you proposed to the tech 10 times. And if it's any consolation, think of the money you'll save on nail polish. HUGS

1) TP Bob's House
2) Place 100 upside down pink flamingos on Bob's lawn (this keeps the Easter Bunny away)
3) TP Bob's car
4) Hide all of Bob's aspirin, tylenol, etc.
5) TP Bob's office
6) Saw the legs off Bob's Doctor Chair so all his patients sit higher then him

8) Switch out Bob's prescription pads to ones from The Kinsey Institute

10. I saw a shipment coming in on fast boats from Columbia

Especially that last one SS! That was one AWFUL song!!!!
Let me try a ten:
10. I've had jobs that suck WAY worse than my current one.
9. I have a fireplace and I could sit in front of it for hours (obviously I've never had one before).
8. I rent a washer and dryer for $30 a month, which means no more trudging to the laundry mat!!!! I really, REALLY hated that!
7. I work for a kick *ss humongous company, if not for a kick *ss boss, or in a kick *ss position, or with kick *ss coworkers. The place has its own Starbucks, Fitness Center, Doctor's Office, Post Office, Cafeteria (that is wonderful but expensive) and multi level garage parking!!!! I mean, come on, what have I got to complain about????
6. I have a full size, NON efficiency apartment for the first time in my life. I have a freaking dining room and vaulted ceilings for crying out loud!
5. My kitty is doing well and has a fat tummy and crazy demeanor.
4. I've also got a great wrack.
3. In spite of many indications to the contrary, I am actually a very intelligent person!
2. Hopefully I won't jinx myself, but I live in a very safe neighborhood. I can't say I completely miss living in the hood though, there's just a feeling of belonging in spite of rarely speaking the same language as your neighborhoods. They look out for you none-the-less... calling the cops if they see prowlers, and changing your flat tire once you are able to communicate through their kid what the problem is.
1. I may be a bit psycho and a bit overweight, but dammit, I'm PRETTY! You can lose weight, you can well... maybe not lose, but cover up psycho, but you just can't get rid of ugly!!! And I say this thinking of some people I have encountered in my life that are ugly inside and out.

I got the stomach flu a couple of weeks ago and have been addicted to gatorade ever since. The new "diet" gatorade just doesn't cut it with me. It worries me.

these meds are kicking my *ss, seriously! i think i almost had roasted duckie for dinner last night, instead of tuna casserole :) DUH!!! poor booger likes to climb in the oven! that's like a demented fairy tale!
i'm taking him to the park today, so i can feel like a good mommy. hopefully, i won't forget him there!

oh, adn i've been accused of having a gatoraid tattoo! i hae alightening bolt tattoo. it's NOT gatoraid!!!! that tastes like sweat! and i've tasted enough sweat in my day to know what sweat tastes like!!!

mmm er... well okay.
I would focus on trying to keep your child out of the oven if it were me. But we all only do what we can you know? Accidents happen.

I looked at a bunch of your pics on myspace yesterday, so I feel like I just visited you or something. I love that pic of baby duckie with chocolate all over his face and underneath you have that comment that its really poop. That made me laugh so hard! He's just too cute for words! I wish we lived close enough to hang out.
Don't be too hard on yourself about the Topamnesia. I remember when I took it I forgot to pick up my nephew from school one time. I didn't remember until my sister walked in the door ready to take him home (luckily it wasn't late enough for them to have called social services or anything!) AND, it was prescribed to me strictly as a weight loss med, so its no wonder you have trouble eating! You're a great momma, don't ever doubt that!!!!
