Since I've been MIA and haven't read anything else, I'm VERY confused on what your list of 10 is about but I'm sorry to read about your #7. What the heck med are you referring to and what are the 18 side effects if you don't mind me asking. That's an awful lot of side effects. Sounds like it's time for a med change immediately. Is it a new med you're just trying or something you've been on for awhile that is now acting up?

Whichever it is, I wish you the best of luck when you see the pdoc. I hope your appt is VERY soon! Please keep us posted.

7. I still have a job (as of this morning anyway)
8. Gracie has decided that she likes being a bed dog. A lot. Harry's daughter has abdicated, although she had seniority.

1. I found a yoga video for people with back pain
2. The plumber called me back and will come on Thursday to look at the pipe that leaks when we use the shower in the bathtub (fortunately, I have a stall shower, too!) and the toilet downstairs that hasn't worked in over a year (a water pressure problem?)
3. I talked to the carpenter who will come (also on Thursday) to look at my back steps which have two broken boards. When they are fixed, my dogs will be happier about going down the stairs so they can do their "thing" outside.
4. I talked to my friend's daughter (who is also my daughter's friend) and asked if she wanted a job vacuuming/cleaning bathrooms every other week. My parents gave me money last Christmas to hire her, and it only took me 10 months to make the phone call. She's going to think about it and call me back.
5. It is sunny
6. I love fall
7. Excruciating therapy yesterday, but it may have given me an important insight.
8. I won a free accupuncture consultation and treatment from a drawing at my bank
9. I am inspired to blow some leaves and do a little raking today.
10. My dog is having a bad hair day and he looks really funny.

It's called "Healing Yoga for Aches & Pains". I ran through it today. I think it will be good on those days when I'm in a lot of pain.

I usually do "Dixie Carter's Yoga for you : Unworkout II" (the first part in the morning, the second part is a little hard for me still). I like this one a lot.

1 We're making discernible progress on the footings

2 Which my 72 year old neighbor, the former building/electrical/plumbing/everything related inspector for this county, came and looked over today

3 And heartily approved our work

4 Then told us some things that will be time, effort and money savers

5 So we may be able to have the footings poured Friday or Saturday

5 Which would allow us to start laying block for the basement Tuesday or Wednesday

4 And while we wait for the footings to cure we can finish the fencing of the five grazing pens

3 And move my Percheron mare over there

2 Which means I get to ride her over there

1 And she's never been ridden, so we get to learn on the way.
