Hey everyone...it is good to be back from vacation! I missed everyone! I saw something like this on a previous thread, but I would REALLY appreciate any and all suggestions of favorite music/songs about therapy and or your therapist. As I said in a previous post, I am a music junkie and music means so much to me. I am always looking for new songs and I find music that reminds me of my t. or therapy in general are very good for my soul.
So, I will start with a few of my favorites right now....
Celine Dion's "I know what love is"
Phil Collins "Take a look through my eyes" from Brother Bear
Madonna "Die Another Day"If I am in the wrong section, I will gladly scoot this post somewhere else. I looked at psycho social and this really isn't social because music is so vital for my recovery and I take it very seriously, so send me your songs!!!!

Hellooo Kind Girl! I missed you! Did the vacation do you good? I wasn't sure when you were coming back. Well I am not in a good place about therapy at the moment, but there is that Stevie Nicks song You Can Talk to Me. (Not one of her best songs IMO, but could fall into your category.)
A great song: Jackson Browne, Doctor My Eyes (guessing the title). This would apply more for someonewith a dr as therapist, either a PhD or MD.
Goes something like: Doctor my eyes/ cannot see the sky/ is this the price/ I pay for learning not to cry. (I think I'm misquoting but you get the idea.)

I am being a butt. But I just wanted song titles...not the lyrics or the other dialogue that is up above. Some of the posts up above are conversations between two people and I couldn't really find the song titles. Yeah, I guess I am lazy!!!

Kindgirl I am one of the two but...if you look at the VERY start of the thread and I think if I can find it I will see if I can post the link...sad I dont know how but anyways there were a LOT of us at first till the thread died down and it has a LOT of songs lyrics in many but not all. Good luck

I think I did this right.,...you started the thread on a T subject but more than half way down ...The title changes to OUR SONG....then you will see lots of posts , many posters with titles...from Leaving on a Jet plane on....I thought of Your song by Elton John while typing this...hope you get more but there is a wealth of song titles...skim read in there...best of luck
