Well I am not in a good place about therapy at the moment, but there is that Stevie Nicks song You Can Talk to Me. (Not one of her best songs IMO, but could fall into your category.)
A great song: Jackson Browne, Doctor My Eyes (guessing the title). This would apply more for someonewith a dr as therapist, either a PhD or MD.
Goes something like: Doctor my eyes/ cannot see the sky/ is this the price/ I pay for learning not to cry. (I think I'm misquoting but you get the idea.)
