I have just recently heard about this and was thinking of trying it.
Anyone have any experiences or feedback to share on Vitamin B-12 shots for weight loss???

I've had B12 shots, but not for weight loss. I think it was for excitotoxicity. It was a strongly red solution and made my pee quite red. I had no dramatic results.

I had my second monthly B12 shot this week. Doc is trying it to help with depression. Honestly, I haven't felt anything from it, after 5 weeks. Might as well have been sugar water. My weight has not changed in any way.

I have been taking the b-12 vitamin shot for 1 month now. It's not totally for weight loss. It mainly eliminates the tired feeling (and sometimes depression) that goes along with changing your eating plan to lose weight. I find that I have more energy to exercise which really is the most important thing. I have managed to lose 10 pounds in a month.
Compaired to others that are on the same plan, that's not much, but for me I think that losing at a
slower rate works for me. Good luck.
