There's also a ton of links and info on so many topics! I was expecting a much different (very short but general) article from a "coldcure" site but there's enough to read here for a few months.

Thanks, Amy

By the way, I recently increased my magnesium intake and my mood has definitely improved. Of course I had been near rock bottom before that. I still have a long, long way to go but I think magnesium can be quite helpful if you're deficient.

Hi Amy:
Thanks for that link. I did the questionnaire and found that I was Magnesium deficient!! (Even though I've taken 100mg per day for about 6 months and just added 200 mg more a few weeks ago). I have all the anxiety type symptoms and headaches they quote!Sounds like 600mg at least is needed to be therapeutic. I posted about Calcium on the Alternative site, cuz I think my intake of Calcium is causing troubles. I'll probably decrease/drop the calcium and then increase the magnesium. It's worth the experiment..cheap and easy to obtain!
Thanks a lot for the idea :)
Take care
Jas
