There's also a ton of links and info on so many topics! I was expecting a much different (very short but general) article from a "coldcure" site but there's enough to read here for a few months.Thanks, Amy
By the way, I recently increased my magnesium intake and my mood has definitely improved. Of course I had been near rock bottom before that. I still have a long, long way to go but I think magnesium can be quite helpful if you're deficient.
