For you who use or have used Wellbutrin, how long did it take to kick in? This med is in its own class, so I'm not sure what to expect. I have taken 300mg of WB SR for three days only (eight days in total) and I have s/e like dizziness, nausea, abdominal pain and decreased appetite. It makes me sedated, particularly a few hours after intake. Anyway, would be nice to hear you experiences.

Side effects appear very fast. Initial effect after a week. Full effect - 2-4 weeks, sometimes more. It's faster than SSRIs but there is such huge individual difference so such good questions have no simple good answers. Sorry )-:

Are you taking in two divided doses? This is recommended for Well-SR. Well-XR you can take once a day. And don't take second dose later than 4-5 PM. This was how I was instructed to take it so just wanted to pass that on...SG

How common is it that it sedates you? I'm tired almost all the time and particularly the hours after intake. I wonder if it's some residual tiredness from Lamictal.

Yeah, I'm taking it in two divided doses, morning and afternoon.
