Wellbutrin - onset of action

For you who use or have used Wellbutrin, how long did it take to kick in? This med is in its own class, so I'm not sure what to expect. I have taken 300mg of WB SR for three days only (eight days in total) and I have s/e like dizziness, nausea, abdominal pain and decreased appetite. It makes me sedated, particularly a few hours after intake. Anyway, would be nice to hear you experiences.
