Not to mention it's an excellent song, too. (Love Tom Petty).

Good for you, butterfly!

Thanks gg, my hopes have been dashed, Mr Butterfly is ill..... things are getting worse but I will not give up the fight. I screwed up in Social but as I had already decided I won't be back it doesn't really matter.....

I know what hurt is. I know what extreme fear is. I feel it all the time. So I send my sincere apologies (again) to anyone I have hurt with my stupid mistakes.

I will try my absolute hardest not to repeat any of my mistakes. I know what they were :-(

A long time non fan of goodbye posts, but goodbye

Ugh. I'm sorry about Mr. Bear. I hope he recovers soon. I didn't notice any "screw up" on Social. I think maybe you're pretty hard on yourself. And hey, we all make mistakes. I'm sure that we've all made the same one before, too. All we can do is forgive ourselves, try to learn, and keep going.

No matter what anyone else says about it.

You're allright by me. :)

I'll miss you if you go. Please stay in touch either way.

yeah it's Mr Butterfly, that was my screw up, forgetting that. Or maybe Mr Bear is my toy bear ... this is getting confusing.

I don't think it's life threatening but the doom laden part of me fears the worst :-( About all sorts of things, I need about 6 inches thick of nappy rash cream all over to protect me from the harshness of the world sigh :-(

Part of me wants to stay but ...... I will stay in touch, thanks for your reply,

Hey butterfly how dare you flutter by so casually when evidentially you have been guilty of serious misdemeanours? This is Moth country don't you know and moths are extremely territorial. You have been warned; us moths we always attack with the light behind us, all 100 watts of it. Once we arrive, you won't survive... You will end up a tangled mess of limbs and other appendages on the carpet or under the bed.

....lol

Oh no. Never meant to scare you. That was far from my intention. I just thought I could have a laugh by faking a moth attack. Please don't stay away on my account. I'd rather I stay away myself. I won't even lurk. Look, pppfffft all gone....

Oh No!
I think some miscommunicating is taking place!

Rainbutterfly is a very sensitive lovely, and Ronaldo's MOTH is an interesting idea. I could not imagine Ronaldo mistaking a lovely Rainbutterfly for a MOTH. Ronaldo is a smart kind person. He wouldn't hurt a fly, or a moth, much less a lacy winged butterfly.

I hope Rainbutterfly comes back... flit flutter-- I spend a fair amount of time here and there on psycho-babble. I never noticed anything unbecoming of you Rainbutterfly... And Ronaldo, I think you were just getting goofy? I know I'm guilty of antics.

Oh dear. :(

Lindenblossom, who welcomes MOTHs and butterflies and any other creature who stops by and tells me a story. Lowest branch, 5th blossom from the end.

You know where to find me :)

I know I've posted some inappropriate things, out of "illness" or "ignorance"... it doesn't matter, they were still inappropriate. I know better now. I am truly sorry. This isn't to you Linden, it's to anyone I have triggered or hurt. I am still on a self imposed ban but I came back to make this post and one other short reply. I wish you all a peaceful Christmas season. I don't need any acknowledgement of this post. It is sincere though.

Take care,
rainbutterfly

In reply to Re: BUTTERFLY (an apology), posted by rainbutterfly on November 28, 2006, at 2:47:36

This apology just doesn't seem good enough. Maybe I have done really bad things. I know I hurt someone, and that was truly the last thing I wanted to do :(

I feel so stupid. I still don't want or need any replies, I just wish so much I could change certain events. I've never wanted to hurt anyone, that is the truth. I wish I was better with words so people might be more likely to believe my apology is from the heart and completely sincere.

And I wish so much I hadn't ever posted anything impulsively or when I wazn't functioning well. I will probably always regret that. I still beat myself up about things that happen in my childhood too. I'll stop rambling now :(

Again, I hope you all find peace.... I probably won't be back although I would like to keep in touch with a few of you privately. I'll try to work out how :(

Hey Butterfly,
Why don't you stick around?
We have all said things we wish we hadn't. That's human.

Don't run away because you're afraid you've hurt someone. That's too bad, but the truth is that you regret your actions (you're so mysterious about what happened, but I won't push for more explanation). Just do your best everyday, and try your best to rebuild. If it cannot be repaired, just do your best to be civil and true to your ideals.

I think you are very sensitive, which is a good quality, but like any personality trait, there may be some disadvantages too. Maybe you feel more guilty, because you sense that you have let people down. Maybe you are more prone to sensing the bad in the things YOU do, even though you give the rest of us the benefit of the doubt. Well, whatever is bothering you, I'm sure that there is a place for you on psychobabble.

I have invited you to visit me, lowest branch, 5th blossom from the end. Well, if it would help you at all, you can piggyback on my posts, and just post on my threads. You'll always be welcome.

I saw you with your antennae crossed today. It tipped the balance in my direction. Thanks again :)

-Li

I always knew my antennae would work positively one day :)

I agree. I hope you decide to stay. And even butterflies are human. (Hmm, that sounds odd, but you know what I mean). :)

I agree 100 percent. Maybe it's time to just let it go and move forward. Just be you. That's all you can be, and that's all that's required. You know your own truth, and that's all that really matters in the long run.

Hoping you'll decide to move forward here or wherever you decide to land. Lots of flowers in this garden, though. :)

thank you for your kind thoughts. i am in Dorset in England though i might very soon be in jail. i never intended to hurt rainbutterfly's feelings but then she (?) is such a delicate creature and so easily wounded. i really do feel such a callous lout. it was just a laugh, but rb took it too personally.

I hope you too are well, Zenhussy, wherever you may be. In fact health to everyone!
