Your words reached down inside me and touched my heart like noone had ever done. It was magical, impressive, thrilling, sensual, possessive, and I loved it. It was more than any man had ever done. You wrote a few other things to me as well that were very touching, loving, soul reaching. But then that all stopped. And I soon came to the realization that those words came from a players hand. Someone who uses them to lure a cold hearted broken woman like me into your web. And of course, the fool that I am, the little hurt broken hearted fool in me once again fell for a pack of b*llshit. And once I was on the hook, you needed not work at it anymore. No need to tell me how you felt about me, I should already know. No need to give me a compliment, that might give me a false sense of security. So whenever we were together, you never complimented me on my looks, my outfit, my perfume......all the things I painstakingly did so I would look as attractive for you as possible, so I would make you proud to be with me, never a word from you though......never.
What color are my eyes?
How do you sleep at night? Quite well I'm sure.

Marianne Faithfull wrote a song that went in part:
'Why'd you do what you did?
Why'd you spit on my snatch?
Are we out of love
Or is this just a bad patch?'
