ooooh, wow, sounds exactly like what I hear from therapists....

If I had the answers they say I have "inside of me", I wouldn't even had made the appointment.

Did I get your point or did I project my feelings onto your poem?!?

And I'm pretty sure that the antidote to too much chocolate is a stairmaster; sounds like dad needed the Depakote; and I wish misery wasn't so damned familiar, too.....

I think you clarified it for me. Yeah, wow I guess it's how I feel sometimes in therapy, like what the?...... I was thinking of my psychiatrist when I wrote it. He was a bit impatient about my inability to make a decision to take whatever medication it was at the time, like I knew what the hell I was doing.
You made me laugh, never thought about the stairmaster, and I just had some freakin' m&m's, HA!!
