After a spell of feeling especially dysphoric,paranoid,insecure and unsafe in the last few days i've been feeling more secure and emotionally together.
Then some nasty minded b**ch on another forum(not here) has to f***ing
spoil it all by saying i'm a sociopath and i've got no conscience.
My crime i made a good humoured reply with no harm intended in a thread about paranoia namely 'blame it on the shadow' which was my way of trying to illustrate how paranoia can get to a person.I'd kept away because i felt so dysphoric and paranoid and insecure .Now i wish i hadn't bothered trying. Now i just think it's safer
to withdraw and isolate.
How long before the anger and hurt subsides and i go from 'f*ck her'
to 'is she or isn't she right?' to thinking i'm a worthless no good piece of human excreta whose never done anything worthwhile in his life?
It always f***ing happens that way. It's just that the mileage ofthe journey varies.I'm no good at making friends on a face to face basis. The internet connects me to the world a little more alibi in a 2 dimensional indirect way,
but it also f***s with my emotions and makes me long for the holy grail of total insanity where nothing matters and nothing hurts because all there is is 'la la land' and complete emotional anaesthesia'.

people....well they can suck right? ..but not all the time.
It'd bother me too I'm sure...it'd probably bother me a lot! -but try not to give such an "uncivil" statement much value, take care

I'm sorry someone spoiled your good mood you had going. You and Deneb both are having trouble on other forums! Uh, oh, you guys aren't talking to each other are you??? Like I told Deneb, you can't control what other people do, but you can control how you react to them. Maybe you also need to avoid that forum for awhile (that's what I told Deneb).
A person can't bother you if you don't let them. I know this easy to say and hard to believe, but its true! Like I told Deneb, if I can get over being upset with the bitchygirls at work when they're staring at me while whispering in each other's ears all day, I know you can overcome letting this person get to you.
My newly discovered trick is to IGNORE THEM COMPLETELY. No response whatsoever. Just go on with your conversation as if they don't exist. Its really hard at first, but everytime I've done it, it drove them crazy and made them look like total jerks, while I came off as the mature person who didn't give in to their childish games.
Hang in there and try not to let this person you don't even know have so much control over you!
