Hi all! If anyone still remembers me, I just thought I'd let you know that I've survived my first trimester of my miracle pregnancy (well, not really a *miracle* but nearly), and I'm feeling much much better. My belly is definitely showing now, and I'm full time into maternity wear. My assistant at work didn't feel that my maternity clothes were hip enough, though, so she has started buying me new clothes. And I'll admit that the ones she buys are more stylish. I'm also starting prenatal yoga this week, which should help me handle my ever-changing pregnant body, and relax and relate to the baby better. My meds have been properly adjusted, and I'm actually content and energized without being hyped up. So, I'm feeling great, and looking very hip, and actually enjoying being pregnant. Yay!
I've been lurking a bit, and trying to keep up with what's going on with you all. Even on admin (what a mess). I'm sending some of my new positive energy out to babble-land to try to help anyone who isn't doing quite so well.

i am so glad you posted..
i remember how content i was when pregnant..
that horrid empty feeling i deal with everyday was always deminished when my hands were on my pot..
i can still feel them kicking me at night..
enjoy this time

peg, you sound GREAT! is it really you? you sound positively transformed! wow!i'm really glad you're enjoying your miracle baby pregnancy! i wish you and baby all the best, darling. what an exciting time this must be!:) and yeah, bein pregnant is no excuse..you gotta be hip at all times! :-) <teasing>

PegasusI'm happy for you that your days of plurality are going so well.
Something I learned has great relaxation, bonding, and communication benefits in your relationship with the one inside you is reading aloud. Whatever it is you like to read, just read it out loud. (though I found good books most soothing)
My two cents' worth.

Enjoy your time with baby. I looooved being pregnant, especially after the baby started moving. I had to give up chocolate though. It made him do somersaults. :D

Thanks everyone for being happy for me! It's so great to have such loving responses after being mostly absent for so long Y'all made my day!
Unfortunately, now my internet connection at home is on the fritz until we get a new DSL modem. So I'll be a bit sparse in my correspondence. But I'm trying to start participating a bit more when I can. You guys are the best, and babble is super important to me.
