I'm happy for you that your days of plurality are going so well.

Something I learned has great relaxation, bonding, and communication benefits in your relationship with the one inside you is reading aloud. Whatever it is you like to read, just read it out loud. (though I found good books most soothing)

My two cents' worth.
(and I have a HUGE jar of pennies)
