What kind of dosing schedule is necessary for Taurine. Is once a day effective in terms of mood/anxiety?

That said, recurrent intake led me to an irritable state.
I reserve taurine for treatment of acute mood states, but that is not to say that it is not possible to find a maintenance dose schedule that might be completely tolerated. I personally have not taken the trouble to find one.
I'd say a single dose in the 500-2000 mg range might be useful in acute symptom management.
