I'm just curious if anyone visiting these boards has gotten any consistent, or significant long-term relief from the supplement inositol or the herb rhodiola rosea? If so, what brands and amounts?
Thanks,
Chris

I found Rhodiola helpful on days when I needed a mild energy boost and mood elevation. But like a lot of herbals it's efficacy seems to decline after several days... although I've heard others say they get a sustained benefit. I've used Nature's Plus 250 mg., labeled as "prescription quality" whatever that means. I still use it on an as-needed basis.Jake

Your description basically matches my experience with it. Mild energy boost, no sustained benefit.
Thanks,
Chris
