I found Rhodiola helpful on days when I needed a mild energy boost and mood elevation. But like a lot of herbals it's efficacy seems to decline after several days... although I've heard others say they get a sustained benefit. I've used Nature's Plus 250 mg., labeled as "prescription quality" whatever that means. I still use it on an as-needed basis.
